Why we want to hire veterans

The trade of Ironwork is a physically demanding career. There is long days and working in the elements year round. Communication is a huge part of our daily tasks. There are dangerous tasks and working in heights, heavy equipment and a lot of moving parts, regularly. Veterans already learned to embrace these situations and have the skills and qualities that it takes to be a successful Ironworker and leader. Compared to what Veterans have already endured, anything we do as Ironworkers is easy.

What we currently do for veterans at our company

There is recognition from some organizations for our veterans. Specifically we do not have any programs that award veterans for their service. We submit paperwork for them related to their G.I. Bill, and we currently have several veterans from different branches.
