Radio Frequency Technician with over 2 years of experience working on Telecommunication towers. Advanced training and understanding of diagnosis, repair and installation. Experienced restaurant and bar manager who specializes in quality service, customer retention, productivity and team management. Worked multiple jobs in the US Army and still serving on reserve status. Appointed "Acting Foreman" overseeing employees with more relevant experience, due to my work ethics. In charge of setting the standard when beginning new projects based on the high quality of my work. Assisted in opening up several restaurants when I was 22 years old. Managed the front of house staff in 3 restaurants. Completed tasks such as managing payroll, hiring, enforcing policies and standards as well as everything else involved in running a restaurant. In the Army, I was assigned to a team leader position to ensure productivity and efficiency. I have received numerous awards for my dedication stateside and in other countries.
