Biography:
Military Experience: 2.2 years
Work Experience:
I am a dedicated and highly skilled welder, fabricator, and tradesman with a strong record of hands-on experience, leadership, and technical proficiency. Early experience in landscaping and restaurant management helped build a foundation of discipline, responsibility, and teamwork that led to a successful tenure in the United States Navy as a Steelworker. Served in a leadership role overseeing 85 recruits during bootcamp, ensuring organization, safety, and operational readiness. The military experience instilled a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of performance and safety.
Following an honorable discharge, advanced into civilian welding and fabrication, working in custom metal shops before founding and operating an independent welding business. As owner and operator, managed all aspects of operations including customer service, employee supervision, scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance. Completed a wide range of projects — from structural welding and custom railings to trailer and dump body fabrication and equipment repair — for commercial, industrial, and residential clients. Known for producing high-quality results, maintaining professionalism on job sites, and collaborating effectively with contractors and business partners.
Was a first-year apprentice with Local 81 Plumbers and Pipefitters, gaining advanced skills in pipefitting, layout, heating, and cooling systems. I decided to move back home after being away for a year with local 81 to be with family and friends. Certified in multiple welding disciplines, including AWS D1.1 Stick, Flux Core, and MIG in all positions, along with OSHA 10 and NYS Security Certification.
Brings a proven blend of leadership, craftsmanship, and reliability to every project. Recognized for a strong problem-solving mindset, commitment to safety, and the ability to manage complex jobs from planning through completion.
