Dedicated FAA Airway Transportation System Specialist Instructor with extensive experience in both electronic and electro-mechanical systems. A Marine Corps veteran with 15+ years of progressive expertise spanning aviation communications infrastructure, electrical power systems, and mechanical equipment maintenance. Specialized in installing, maintaining, and teaching complex systems including voice switch systems (IVSR, RDVS), Lighted Navigational Aids Systems (MALSR, ALSF-2), Engine Generators with Transfer Switches, HVAC systems, UPS systems, and Flight Data Input/Output (FDIO) networks. Applied comprehensive technical expertise to perform preventive maintenance, conduct system tuning, and ensure proper alignment of ATC equipment at Yuma International Airport. Led a 5-person team in revolutionizing the deployment training program for the AN/TSQ-120B mobile tower, significantly improving field operational efficiency. Diagnosed and isolated malfunctions down to the component level using advanced diagnostic equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and time domain reflectometers. Participated in system flight inspections while providing crucial technical assistance to ensure safety and compliance with Naval Aviation Maintenance Programs.
