Hello,

My name is Tyler Farniok I'm 21 years old and was always planning to go to college. I realized that college is a very expencive place, so I decied to go to the military to help pay for college and get my hands dirty. With the military I learned to be quick on my feet and rely on the thing between my two ears to get me places. I've always worked a blue collar job and love to absorb information as well as becoming a leader along side my fellow coworkers. I've been in the military for almost three years and have untill 2026 to make the choice if I want to do it longer. With Local 322 I don't have the experiance currently to fully understand everything with the trade, but I'm willing to do everything in my power to pruse this field because it runs in my family to become a carpenter. I've always seen what my dad did for the day as he was finishing big projects and see his excitement and how proud of his work. I have the same qualitys as him and always strive to do the best to get the satisfactory results that he gets to experiance. I'm very fast at learning, you show me how to do it one time and I can replicate it immediatly after. From there I am able to see how I can do it in a more efficient way and make it better for my working style. I'm looking to become a Journymen in the field of framing and general builders.
