  Duties Description:
  Refrigeration and Air Conditioning technicians must be certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to handle Chloroflurocarbons (CFCs). They install, operate, and make organizational and intermediate level repairs on heating, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems, to include automotive, for all ground operations and equipment.   Role Description:

  As a Heating and Air Technician, I was responsible in maintaining, reparing, and replacing commerical, industrial, and residential furnaces, air conditioners, and other equipment relating to the sort. The job consists of all hands on work with numerous tools, lifts, and other rigging equipment. My team and I are not limited to only Heating and Cooling though. I have a lot of experience doing residential, commerical, and industrial piping and plumbing work on different crews when the HVAC division is in a slow season. This consists of brazing, hanging pipe, measuring and cutting pipe such as PVC, gas piping, threaded galvonized and stainless steel, cast iron underground with Husky Bands, roll grooved, and other sort. We are trained in all sorts of different environments, working long hours and weather conditions, and always get the job done the right way the first time. Both the Heating and Air, and Plumbing and Piping requires acute attention to detail or it could throw everything off.
