     Directed traffic at an outdoor COVID Vaccination site, ensuring patients drive to the correct tent

    depending on the type of shot they are receiving.

     Controlled vehicle traffic flow incoming to the vaccination site utilizing signs, placing down

    traffic cones, and coordinating traffic with other traffic controllers using radios.

     Monitored all patients in the post-shot parking lot, watching for any allergic reactions to the shot

    and alerting the emergency medical response team if needed.

     Managed the checkout lane by scheduling outgoing patients for their second shot appointment if

    needed and ensuring that all traffic leaving properly exits the site so as not to overwhelm the

    nearby neighborhood traffic.

     Assisted in facilitating convoy operations from the San Diego armory to Fort Hunter-Liggett by

    loading up multiple LMTVs (Light Medium Tactical Vehicles) and HMMWVs (High Mobility

    Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles) as well as driving them.

     Assisted in ground operations by going ADVON (Advance Echelon) and setting up all the tents,

    generators, vehicle staging, and sustainment capabilities in preparation for Warfighter 2020.

    Role Description:

     Produced the daily Personnel Status Report (PERSTAT) for the entirety of CJTF-HOA, which

    tracks over 2,000 service members in different units spread across 19 different countries.

     Sole administrator of the NTS/ETAS (Non-combatant Tracking System and Emergency

    Tracking and Accountability System) system, which provided tracking and movement

    capabilities regardless of internet connection in an emergency, as well as the ability to track

    civilians and military personnel through many different types of identification from passports to

    the individual’ respective country’s license.

     Helped facilitate the information flow of personnel movement and statuses all throughout the

    CJTF-HOA Joint Operations Center as well as to the Commander, Deputy Commander, and

    Chief of Staff.

     In-processed anywhere from 1 to over 200 new personnel depending on the new incoming unit

    every 2 weeks that landed in Camp Lemonnier to create their profile in DTAS (Deployed

    Theater Accountability System) in order to track their daily status and movement across the

    theater.

     Oversaw administration, management, and design of the J1 Personnel Directorate’s SharePoint

    website.

     Set up multiple VTC (Virtual Teleconference) meetings weekly for senior leadership of the J1

  • Job Title: Brigade Security Manager

    Company: 79th Infantry Brigade Combat Team

    Period: May 2018 - May 2019

    Role Description:

     Managed all administrative clearance duties for the 79th IBCT, which consists of over 4,000

    soldiers.

     Managed all physical security controls for the entire armory as well as managing the inventory

    and issuing of keys to qualified individuals.

     Worked directly with INSCOM (United States Army Intelligence Security Command) to

    facilitate the processing of security clearance renewals, adjudications, and rebuttals for 79th

    IBCT Soldiers.

     Ensured and reviewed all the tasks needed for security clearance requests were properly

    completed, which consisted of fingerprinting, SF86 (Standard Form 86) processing, and e-QIP

    (Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing) completion.

     Procured quarterly trackers for the entire Brigade utilizing JPAS (Joint Personnel Adjudication

    System) to alert Commanders when a Soldier has a clearance issue such as upcoming renewals,

    revocations, or federal requests for information are made.

    (Tactical Ground Station) which is the central hub that connects real-time ISR (intelligence,

    surveillance, and reconnaissance) feed from UAVs (Unmanned Ariel Vehicles) to the military

    intelligence network in the field.

     Learned how to troubleshoot and maintain the TROJAN SPIRIT (Special Purpose Intelligence

    Remote Integrated Terminal), the Army’s premier tactical system for distributing military

    intelligence when no physical networks are available.
