Solon Bartrum

Hello, my name is Solon Bartrum. I'm currently serving active duty in the U.S. Army as an 11b (Infantryman) in Fort Bragg, NC. I have a great intrest in becoming an electrican with the IBEW. The IBEW would be the best career option for me and my family. The IBEW offers many great health and retirement benefits and opportunites for career advancement, similar to the military. Being an Electritian offers me a career with high reward and achievement, and also allows me to apply my strengths that I have carried through my military service. I always bring a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. I value healthy relationships among my co-workers with cohesion and ability to get the job done efficiently and safely. I enjoy being active and hands on with a job where I can see the progress me and the team have made, and what still needs to be completed. The IBEW has all the characteristics, benefits and high rewards I am looking for and would be an honor to get started on a career with the brotherhood.
