Work Experience:

Attended a trade school for High School and graduated in Masonry and Landscaping. Joined the Marines out of high school as an Infantry Weapons Repairman. After 10 years got an honorable discharge and then served 2 years as a private contractor in Afghanistan as a gunsmith. I came to Michigan and joined the National Guard as a Field Artillery crew member. I spent 5 years Active in the Guard as a Recruiter. Learned marketing and sales. In ther last 7 years I have successfully held jobs from basic machining, satellite technician, recruiting and contract negotiating. Currently seeking new employment to learn new skills and earn a better living for my family and myself. Team player, leader and naturally seek self-improvement on a daily basis.

    Duties Description:

    Actively and Agressively serve as Armory NCOIC. Maintain all weapons and optics organic to the United States Marine Corps. Manage and mentor all subordinates. Provide training on the use of force and deadly force procedures. Successfully execute all physical security procedures. Report ordnance readiness to unit commander and senior staff. Provide immediate direct and indirect support to all ranges and shooting competitions. Facilitate all weapons qualification ranges and proper equipment for training. Maintain parts expenditure bin and inventories of all parts and tools. Maintain accountability of millions of dollars worth of weapons and parts, optics and electronics. Provide training on all sensitive items and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
