Role Description:A position that was in direct responsibility for public safety, officer safety and resource protection for all areas within Fort Riley, Kansas. Directly supervised a staff of dispatchers to include both civilians and soldiers. Designed and implemented new employee training programs, created and maintained unnatural work schedules that covered 24hr periods, distributed workload amongst the staff and evaluated the work of dispatch employees.
