Chandler Campbell

Soon to be out of the Army come Feburary of 2024 as an infantry team leader. Recently talked to the regional manager here in Washington at an on base job fair and became interested in the great job oppurtunities you have available. Some of the strengths I have accquired over the course of my military career, especially as a team leader, are strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking under extreme stress, problem solving, bringing out the best in others and leadership responsibilities. As a team leader, I was in charge of multiple groups of people during different training events, rotations to different countries and live fire exercises. Holding this position required me to constantly pull out the best in others, train and apply critical thinking under high stress enviroments to achieve a shared goal at a 100 percent success rate and without injury.
