  Role Description:

  I started as a Grenadier in a fire team as well as an RTO. I was then selected to be a part of our unit's Sniper Section. I started as a shooter. This position required one to make moral and ethical decisions under pressure, evaluate an environment, and understand its surroundings. I was required to know my job inside and out as well as my team leader who was also known as a spotter. A spotter was tasked with collecting and reporting information to higher-ups, reading a map and mapping out routes, ability to use certain formulas, and applying them to the shooter in small amounts of time.
