hello my name is dillon rice, i am a very hard working an determined individual and strive to always better myself and the company i am representing. i have about 4 years of experience in welding, I graduated from welding school in august of 2020 it was a 10 month program that tought the basic processes of all types of welding. i can TIG weld MIG and stick weld in all postions. my first welding job that i got was for a railroad bridge building company and i mainly MIG and stick welded everything. i have strong communications skills and leadership skills. i am a very orangized person and detail oriented.
