My name is Timothy Krajci, 

My strengths include: leadership skills, communication, willingness to learn, works well under pressure, a team player, a task-based mindset, problem-solving, critical thinking, physically fit. 

My qualifications include my expertise in the military handling weapons, operating equipment (Humvee & Ammunition Transport Certified), and my leadership position as a Lance Corporal. My qualifications outside of the military sector include experience with general contracting, construction, landscaping and architectural design, sales and marketing, and my education through Indiana University Bloomington. 

My career objective is to translate my drive and morals as a Marine into my field of work moving forward: I have a willingness to learn new skills and perfect them. I want to be part of an organization which values my worth and wants me to succeed by giving me opportunities to expand my knowledge and be a part of something bigger. My main career interest is working in the Union of Operating Engineers as an operator of heavy equipment. I want to have a lifetime career where I can grow my skills, gain experience and knowledge from my peers in the field, take pride in the work that I do and the companies I work for, and provide for myself and my family in the future.
