Role Description:As a Forman I was responsible for 6 employees, ensuring all job site safety was meet, all materials were ordered and arrived at the appropriate times, I also coordinated with our contractor to hit there required deadlines, and meet all there standards, as well as ensuring all billing orders were completed correctly everyday. On my crew I was also in charge of all excavation, and running our Commerical Dump trucks to the dump and back multiple times a day.
