My name is Bayani Guerrero, I have been separated from active duty military service for about 2 years now and most experiences I've had since transitioning has been in the Renewable Energy Industry, specifically Wind. I've since procured skills with hydraulic and electrical tools, establish proper LOTO in order to conduct safe work, working in confined spaces, and increasing familiarity with electrical work/ troubleshooting. Most certifications I've gained are industry-specific meaning they won't carry over to another trade. My main goal is long-term employment in a Union and employment that will respect my monthly obligations to the Reserves.
