Michael Beck

I am an adaptive worker. I started out in the Marines and ended my contract early with a General under Honorable discharge thanks to my pros and cons being so high from the day I joined to the the day I left. from there I worked in a warehouse moving packages, and after that I went to become a security guard. While in every one of these positions I have taken on tasks outside of the job description, and held leadership roles that weren't always on paper. I have supervised my peers, trained them, and handled staffing within a few circumstances all while continuing normal job functions. I have always figured out how to do whatever was asked of me due to a few simple mottos/rules I have made up over the years such as; "Follow the last order given," "Ask as many questions as possible," "If it might break make sure someone better than me is supervising so they know whether or not it was really my fault that I broke it." These rules and more are how I ensure that I don't make to many silly mistakes and continue to grow and learn while working.
