Jose Morejon

Good afternoon,

I was born in Ecuador and moved to the United States at the age of 16 years old, I speaking, read and write fluent in spanish. I attended North Bergen High school for 2 years. As my graduation came to an end and I got my high school diploma I left for basic traning to begin my Army career. With a deployement to Iraq first wave and multiple mission in support of enduring freedom the Army has given me the experience and skills to take on any challenge that comes my way.

As I aproach my retirement date of August 22, 2024 I would like to start a new path in my life, been in the Army for 20 years, the first 3 years active duty as a 74D which is a Chemical Specialist and the remainder of the time I was in the army reserves then I got a secondary MOS (Military Occupational Specialty) of 31B which is military police. I never saw myself in a office or behind a desk that is why I would like to get a job more hands on.

While in the Army reserve I became a member of the New York Police Department which I have been a member for 10 years and I am also retiring after 10 years of service. I hope this alouds you to see that I don't mind the hard work and that I am willing to commit to a career. I consider myself a handy man and even when I'm putting down that my career interest is electrician I am willing to try other career path is just that construction is a new environment to me.

I thank before hand any chance any employer will give me to work and learn a new skill.
