Work Experience:

My name is Sawyer Wentworth.

I've been in the Air Force for nearly 5 years, and have come to realize that working a trade is the path I'd like to take for myself.

My strengths that I've developed are as follows:

- Leadership

- Understanding the importance of safety

- Able to work in inclement weather and hot/cold environments

- Ability to retain a wealth of job knowledge, to include procedures, systems, troubleshooting, and able to continue improving upon them

- Asking the difficult questions, such as "is this the right thing to do, what ways can we do this better, etc."

My qualifications are lacking in nature, as my Air Force job was in-flight refueling, which doesn't have any transferable qualifications. It did, however, teach me that you are never done learning your job and there are always ways to improve how you do your job.

My career objectives are to become a working class member of society and learn how to do and understand my job to the best of my ability.

My secondary objective is to get to the level of proficiency that I can teach and inspire the next generation of workers to be their best selves on the site.

    Duties Description:
    Performs in-flight refueling aircrew functions and activities according to flight manuals, checklists, and Unites States Air Force publications. Experience in directing functions pertaining to in-flight refueling operator activities. Experience performing functions such as: inspecting, operating, and troubleshooting in-flight refueling systems; preparing or verifying load plans; loading and unloading aircraft; and instructing passengers in the use of emergency equipment and procedures. Also, experience performing or supervising functions such as: inspecting, operating, and troubleshooting in-flight refueling systems; preparing or verifying load plans; loading and unloading cargo on aircraft; and instructing passengers in the use of emergency equipment and procedures.
