  Role Description:

  Worked well with my hands learning to mix cement and lead a crew. I was a forman at my company driving a truck then learned how to lath and became a plaster spreading cement on walls. Worked really hard and was a lot of overcoverming challenges and quick decision making skills to accomplish the job in a short amount of time.
