  Role Description:

  Building the pilots flight aft control box for the 777x Boeing Aircraft. Building the control box from the ground up by reading and following blueprint and work orders. This included clamping, using a set or punch, drilling, counter sinking, solid riveting and cherry max rivets, rivet gauge, micrometer or calipers, wiring, reading wires, using fiberglass and marine resin, sanding using orbital or hand sanding. Turning finished part into QA for inspection and then paint. .

  Also trained in other areas pressing and honing bushings, use of 8802 aircraft sealant, liquid nitrogen.

  Operation of the cnc edge banding machine and cnc milling machine. Computer operated milling out cabinet parts, then are run through the edge bander. Puts on whatever size, color, material edging your want on your product. Also operate a dowel machine that puts required dowels into cabinet parts for assembly. Do my own preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to the edge bander which I run mostly and which breaks down the most. Have saved at least $125,000.00 in maintenance costs and parts in the few years I've ran it. Can read all drawing/elevations. Can install all the hinges and hardware, hang cabinet doors and everything that goes along with the cabinets production. Experienced in building up corian ( fake marble, granite) for counter tops and sink. Cutting on table saw, miter saw, planers, band saw, grinder, routers, sanders, read a tape measure, use all hand tools. Forklift operator qualified. Experience with a telehandler. Palletjack.
