I have been in the US Army for the past 11 years as a wheeled vehicle mechanic. I have served in the position of Technical Inspector, Service and Recovery and Maintenance manager with an emphasis on shop operations and manning. I would apply my communication and technical expertise to better organize and lead a productive team to better reach goals. I am comfortable working with a team or without supervision. I have Experience using computer programs to troubleshoot faults as well as Microsoft office/ teams to track scheduling. At the core I define my self as a leader, coach and mentor as much as I can provide I am eager to improve.
