Brian Harvey

I combine a strong background in program/project leadership and am operationally savvy. My greatest strengths are defining complex plans and schedules then formulating assignable tasks to team members to execute and close large-scale programs on time, within budget and with exceptional quality. 

Throughout my prestigious 25+-year military career, I’ve served at the highest field grade levels in the United State Marine Corps. I’ve commanded at every level from the Platoon to the Battalion/Regiment level. I was one of two selected (top 2%) for the prestigious top-level joint advanced warfighting school with a follow-on assignment to USSOUTHCOM in the Future Operations Directorate. As a two-time war veteran and leader of complex combat training programs across the globe, I’ve gained valuable experience performing in high pressure conditions, providing me with the mental strength to remain calm in stressful situations in order to effectively deliver on multiple critical priorities.

My Strengths Include: Strategy Design & Execution; Process Optimization; and Team Leadership. I’m an execution focused professional, that leads by example. I can see the big picture and apply my analytical skills to continuously identify and implement process improvements and advance program effectiveness. 

I possess a MS in Strategic Leadership, an MS in Joint Campaign Planning and Strategy, a BS in Electronics Engineering Technology, and am a certified Project Management Professional and Disciplined Agile Scrum Master. As I end my military career, I am eager to apply the same level of commitment and expertise in the civilian sector.
