"Zach" of all trades... My Military career started in 2008 as a Petroleum and Cryogenics specialist. Laboratory based, quality assurance and maintenance on Fuels and Liquid Oxygen products, along with maintaining the equipment and training troops on all. I then crosstrained into the Aerospace Ground Equipment career field, troubleshooting, maintaining, and overhauling of diesel generators, nitrogen producing equipment, and large heating and air-conditioning units. I recieved my EPA Universal certification for Type I, II, and III Refrigerant systems. Finishing out my career, I was an Inspections Coordinator and Deficiency Manager for the Office of the Inspector General, U.S. Air Force. While conducting my military career, I bought and maintained rental properties since 2014. All structural, electrical, plumbing, and hardscape done myself. If the job required a licensed contractor, I was hands on and learning with them. 36yrs old and ready to start my next career.
