Seth Robare

Good day,

I am SGT Robare, Seth. I am 23 years old and have served in the Army for 5 years. I have a wife and three kids. I am being medically discharged for knee issues; this limits heavy lifting but does not limit working on my feet and standing for long periods. 

I have been a Military Police Investigator, with additional duties including Bus Driver and NCOIC for Arms Room, for the past four years, and a SGT for the past two years. 

I am interested in an inspector, leadership, or Investigator position. I am willing to learn the ins and outs of the specific field to inspect/investigate per the regulation.

Military Police Officer: February 2019 - August 2020

After graduating from One Station Unit Training (OSUT) I was stationed at Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM), Washington. I was a Basic Patrolman for approximately nine months. I then had field exercises from then until August 2020. During our field training, I was the Driver of a MATV. As a driver, you are responsible for the care and maintenance of your vehicle, as well as the preparation and execution of the mission.

Military Police Investigator: August 2020- January 2024

Investigate crimes (misdemeanor and felony), Plan and execute "sting" operations, surveillance of suspicious activity, write and prepare legal briefs, and write and prepare detailed documentation of events. 

Arms Room NCO in Charge (NCOIC): January 2024 - Current

Solely responsible for the maintenance and accountability of all weapons and equipment, totaling more than $300,000. In this position, I was the sole Armorer, thus on-call 24/7 and 100% dry status.
