Jesse Schuster

I am retiring from the Army after 21.5 years of Active Duty service with nine deployments including 77 months of combat experience. I have been in leadership positions for 19 years of my total service time, culminating my career as a First Sergeant, where I directly supervised 143 Soldiers within my Company. I am a qualified Master Resiliency Trainer, drug testing administrator, Master Gunner, and have graduated with honors from every academic and Army Leadership course I have attended. I served three years as a senior instructor at one of the most academically challenging courses in any branch of the military. I am a highly competent and proven team builder and senior trainer, I have managed ammunition accounts valued at $23 Million, executed training and resources management for 1400 personnel, served as a Diplomatic Advisor for the US government to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and managed $26.2 Billion worth of foreign military sales and foreign military assistance accounts for the US Government.  

I am looking to start my second career, with a goal of being dually retired in the next 20 years. Loyalty to an organization, unquestionable moral, ethical, and character traits, and a hard driven work ethic, and mission accomplishment mentality are qualities that I personnally hold close and demonstrate in my daily conduct. I have proven, exceptional results, working with people from all walks of life, and pride myself in my ability to create close, tight knit teams that achieve superior results in short periods of time. I am trained and proficient in all microsoft products, and can expertly manage HR ststistics across an organization, manage complex scheduling conflicts, operate well under high stress and tight time constraints, and have a passion for training, leading, coaching, mentoring, and managing personnel.
