Hi! I'm Mackensie, I've been in the National Guard for 14 years and have risen to Staff Sergeant. I’ve reached this position because I’ve exhibited leadership skills, being able to direct a team and take initiative. I collaborate well with others and work well in teams. I am adaptable, not afraid of changes, and rise to the occasion. I’m a problem-solver, as well as being quick on the uptake. I’m able to perform under pressure and keep a level head.
