My name is Bryce Patterson, currently still serving in the United States Marine Corps. As a young man, I had always wanted to be apart of something greater than myself. Joining the USMC in 2018, I quickly found what I was after. Creating invaluable friendships in the mist of enduring both physical and mental challenges at the same time. Fighting for a sense of purpose and seeking responsibility early into my time in the service. As an infantrymen, doing the "grunt" work has always been instilled into to me. For 4 years, I served as both team leader and squad leader with "Americas Battalion" V2/8 leading several sub-ordinates and peers through rigorous training and operation's." From there, I volunteered to spread the knowledge and experience for the years to come. Landing myself at the School Of Infantry, I serve as a combat instructor. Here I am tasked with the special responsibilitlies of molding young men and women into being lethal, self efficient, and critical thinkers all while giving most of them their first feel of mentorship, for which I hold near and dear to my heart. With two years left on contract, I am making it my mission to get as early as a start to assisting my transition out of the Marine Corps. With desire to be in the Millwright industry, I would love nothing more than to speak with an representative that can assist me any way possible. Thank you for the oppurtunity!

    Duties Description:

    -Train and supervise entry-level Marines in strict accordance with SOI-E SOP, POI, and
    other regulations governing ITB to establish the skills and experience needed to operate
    in a combat environment.
    -Teach, mentor, and counsel entry-level Marines within your squad on the (21) seperate
    behaviors to ensure retention, MOS proficiency, and professional development.
    -Responsible for the accountability and welfare of Marines assigned to your squad and
    responsibility of weapons and equipment to include the proper use and maintenance.
    -Provide the Company Commander, Company First Sergeant, and Platoon Sergeant information
    on pertinent personnel, equipment, training, and administrative matters promptly.
    -Provide a positive example to your Marines through tactical and technical knowledge,
    competency, professional conduct, personal appearance, discipline, military bearing,
    esprit de corps, and mental and physical toughness.

    During this time, I was tasked with the lawn service portion of the buissness. I was maintaing and tending to over 80 yards weekly. Additionally, I accuired the skills in fencing, masonery, framing and pouring concrete, electrical, and operating heavy machinery.
