  Duties Description:

  Inspect for damage and provide repair of weapons such as: M4A1, M249, M240 series, M26, M2A1, MK19, M320, M590, M17, M18, M203, M110, M119, and M777.

  Completed inspections and any basic repair need to uphold strict performance standards.

  Supervised inspections and repairs of multiple weapon systems.

  Read all technical manuals to maintain up-to-date knowledge of weapon systems.

  Confirmed gun line safety and assisted in calibration of weapons systems. Contact departments about upcoming appointments in order to provide the most care and standards.

  Demonstrated leadership skills in managing repair missions from start to completion.

  Managed time efficiently in order to complete all tasks within deadlines. Deal effectively with peers and chain of Command, in a courteous and tactful manner.

  Conduct briefings and provide after action reports of all repaired mechanisms.

  As a senior specialist I had been tasked with providing training to junior soldiers.

   My duties included making sure Junior soldiers were following company protocols and procedures, according to technical manuals.

  Update and maintain inventory of weapon parts.
