I'm Captain Beroncal and I'm an aircraft maintenance officer in the Air Force. I was recently selected to promote to rank of major but am still pursuing a full transition to civilian life and I'm very interested in a career in the construction industry. I have strong skills in leadership and management as I've lead large organizations up to 700 people, generating fighter and bomber aircraft with different mission sets. I've been an Air Force officer for just about 11 years and have very sharp skills in project management, leading cross-functional teams, process improvement, safety, risk management, data analysis, quality assurance, resource and workforce planning.
