  Duties Description:

  Refrigeration and Air Conditioning technicians must be certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to handle Chloroflurocarbons (CFCs). They install, operate, and make organizational and intermediate level repairs on heating, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems, to include automotive, for all ground operations and equipment. These duties include installing refrigerating systems according to engineering specifications; recovery and recycling specified gases or fluids into systems.

  first unit while active duty was CLB-24 where I deployed with the 24MEU in 2014-15. After about 3 years with CLB, I was promoted to Corporal and then was cut orders to Communications Squadron 28. Upon completion of active duty in 2017. In 2019 I reported to MWSS-472 out of westover AFB during my IRR where I was promoted to sergeant, I was billited maintenance cheif and QC cheif for utilities section. Overseeing all the HVAC, generator, and water purification equipment repair, operation, and maintenance.
