  Duties Description:

  ● Attended the Military SCRUM Scaled Agile Course with the Defense Acquisitions University. This enabled me to atomize complex projects into a systematic completion process. 

  ● Coordinated the deployment of 28 Marines and $3.8 million worth of communication equipment in distributed operations across the globe.  

  ● Coordinated the ammunition, safety personnel as well as a vehicle, and the meal arrangements of 105 shooters for the annual rifle qualification.  

  ● Appointed as Motorcycle Mentorship Vice President for the battalion. I managed advancement certificates, current license and registration, and the motorcycle safety checklist of 40 Marines/sailors for quarterly rides.  

  ● Served as Alpha Company’s Equal Opportunity Representative, I ensured the fair and appropriate treatment of 300 Marines. If violated, I worked directly with the battalion commander to ensure fair and timely solutions came to fruition.  

  ● Held weekly meetings to discuss administrative wrinkles. Present actionable solutions paired with a timeline that yields milestones to success.
