My name is Nicholas Routier I graduated from Winnacunnet High school in 2018. During and after high school I worked a
number of jobs from installing hardwood flooring, tiling, framing and residential and commercial electrical. Soon after in
October 2020 I joined the army as a 12R interior electrician. I was then stationed in JBLM Washington for three years and
finished up my last year in Guantanamo Bay Cuba where was promoted to the rank of sergeant where I lead a platoon sized
element organizing, schedualing and control overseeing projects along side with civilian contractors taking on our daily task with integrity ensuring our mission was complete at the end of each week.

Duties Description:Perform installation and maintenance of interior electrical systems and equipment. Devises network flow diagrams such as the critical path method and coordinates work activities of supporting units; provide supervision over all structural and utility construction projects; inspect subordinate elements to ensure compliance with directives, construction drawings, and specifications; plans and organizes for combat engineering missions; supervises general engineering activities related to all construction and utility operations; assist engineering officer in construction planning, scheduling, and material estimating; assist in the preparation of operation orders, standing operating procedures, and contingency plans provides staff supervision and principal noncommissioned officer direction to units engaged in performing general engineering missions; inspect construction and training activities; supervise performance of combat engineering missions.
