Carl Henze

Air Force veteran of six years. I worked as a C-130 crew chief specialized in rigging, repair of major components and recovery of disabled aircraft. I led small teams of maintenance technitians, managing schedules and manning for various jobs that would arrise both scheduled and unscheduled. I was also a maintenance instructor, teaching various courses from new employee orientation, heavy machinery operation to specialized maintenance practices. I am very personable and I strive to be the best while trying to make everyone around me better. I am self motivated and selft driven, I love to learn and build my skillset.
