Hello, my name is Timothy Cobb, and I am a 24 year old male who has been serving in the Army Reserve for 7 years this November in 2024. I am currently in the IRR so I only need to report to anything military related once annually if at all so no need to worry about scheduling. I have been working in teams with people since I was 12 in the boy scouts, then through JROTC, and into the Military. I have always been in some form of Leadership position throught my jobs and hobbies, from Dominos Store Manager, to Seafood Specialist at Publix. I have completed a Vocational Certificate Welding Program at IRSC in 2024, and used what I learned there to complete the Boilermakers Bootcamp that same year to further my career in Welding with the Boilermakers. I intend to work in the Union, and progress up the chain as I gain more experience in the field.
