Installing metal roofs/siding and trim work to close up the building. Doing all this made me great with an array of different hand tools. The last 2 years I ran a crew of 3-5 workers and was given the job to read blueprints let everyone know their jobs for the day and as I work make Sure all other jobs are running smooth and efficiently.
