My name is Ryan Cipkar. I am currently attending a distribution lineman training program at Lincoln Land Community College. I will be completing the certificate at the end of December 2024 once the CDL (Commercial Drivers License) portion of the training is complete. My strengths include my keen eye for detail, my strong work ethic, and my dissatisfaction with poor workmanship. I learned about Helmets to Hardhats from a fellow veteran I met while at a lineman rodeo, and I am hoping to find a suitable apprenticeship opportunity through this platform.
