My name is Ryan Brault. One of my strengths is leadership while I was in I served in squad leader billets as a junior marine always up for the challenge to learn from those around me. Learn from my mistakes and always looking to improve. Another strenghth of mine is resliance, for example during a live fire exercise in japan we were taking casualties and down alot of marines, the rest of my team were able to casevac and still support the rest of the range with less than optimal amout of suppoert an dnumbers.

Duties Description:during my service I was a rescue squad leader executing down range operations in a high stress hazmat enviroment rendering life saving medical to casualties. I worked alongside secret service, capitol police and the armys 911th group of engineers to ensure safety during the State of the Union adress. After that i served an infantry team leader while demonstating composure in high stress exercises during live fire ranges. On deployment to japan i spent time on the alert contingency MAGTF honed expeditionary skills, ensuring swift global response capability within 24 hours, bolstering the unit's operational agility building allied relations with Japanese nationals and military personnel.
