Cameron Botting

My name is Cameron Botting and I am searching for a career that encourages technical profesionalism and has clear career advancement opportunity. While in the Marine Corps i served as a H1 Rotors and Powerplant Mechanic. During my service i filled rolls in Quality assurance and Maintanence Control ensuring all preventative and corrective maintenance was completed in accordance with the technical instruction/ blueprints. I also screened aircraft logbooks for discrepencies before marking the aircraft Safe for Flight. Currently i am working at Astec Industries as an Assembler 2. My duties and responsibilities incclude but are not limited to the assembly and installation of hydraulic tanks, fuel tanks, valves, cylinders and their complimentary components. I install and route all hydraulic/water hoses following the frame down the line until completion. I conduct leak checks, operational checkout, troubleshooting and periodic maintenance as required. I pride myself in my work ethic and my ability to learn quickly. I enjoy a challenge and welcome a field where my technical expertise and profesionalism will continue to grow.
