Duties Description:Results-driven Maintenance Platoon Sergeant with extensive experience in training, discipline, mentorship, and supervision of Maintenance Marines. Expert in maintaining equipment within the 3rd Littoral Logistic Battalion through fabrication and repair of parts for degraded or damaged machinery. Oversees all welding operations within the Weld Shop and ensures project execution for missions both internally and externally. Responsible for the accurate communication of personnel and equipment status to the Maintenance Chief and Maintenance Officer, providing expert advice on incorporating weld shop assets into mission support. Additionally, Oversees the care, maintenance, and accountability of company property and operational equipment in both garrison and combat settings, including assigned weapons. Plans and supervises logistical requirements to support training, tactical movements, and daily company operations. Collaborates with the executive officer on training and logistical needs while establishing and supervising training and physical fitness events for the company.
