  the work or tests meet or does not meet requirements. If requirements are not met, issue a Corrective Action Report (CAR).  

  w Ensures all checkpoints are accomplished and signed off prior to the closing of the Work Spec. Reviews
  Work Specs in the contractors Test and Inspection Plan (TIP) to prevent delay and disruptions claims, unnecessary rework due to overlapping work items, missed check points and missing technical inspections.
