Work Experience:

I have worked a multitude of jobs, starting as a gas station attendant/cashier learning how to handle customer service as well as safely and responsibly handling food and money. My next job took me to landscaping, where I learn to operate, heavy machinery, such as loaders, dump trucks, and skid steers in both large and small scale operations were delicacy and fine motor skills were required often. My current job is as a security officer where I am securing and maintaining federal sites. I was trained how to operate equipment by experience, and then the US Army 12.N I want to grow my skills and knowledge as an operator and be able to repair my equipment further than the baseline knowledge I have so far.

    Duties Description:
    Responsible for operating tractors with dozer attachments, scoop loaders, backhoe loaders, hydraulic excavators, motorized graders and scrapers; use bulldozers, cranes, graders and other heavy equipment to move tons of earth and material to complete construction projects for the Army; Analyze the information on grade stakes and placing them; Drive bulldozers, roadgraders and other heavy equipment to level earth; Clear, grub, strip, excavate, backfill, stockpile and push scraper with tractor crawler; Cut and spread fill material with scraper; Transport heavy construction equipment with tractor-trailer; Assist in performance of combat engineer missions.

    Role Description:

    As a security guard for DK Security, my main location has been the Gerald R Ford International Airport (GRFIA). I work a variety of jobs there as I'm trained as a supervisor. I move vehicles on the curb, I secure and document who comes into gates, as well as document who comes through certain doors. Customer service would definitely be the biggest part of my job as I talk to numerous amounts of people in a day.
