I am currently serving in the United States Army. I have 12 months left to reach my 20 year retirement. I currently have my associates degree and will be completing my Bachelore's degree in Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis. I am looking for a Career Skills Program / Internship to attend while I am in my last 6-8 months of my service to gain qualifications and certificates needed for this field. I've been is Special Operations for half my career. I am in good physical shape, I am a motivated self-starter, and very detail oriented. I currently live in Hope Mills, NC and I am willing to travel for work but would like to work within 100 miles of home if possible. (negotiable) I have several qualificatins that may or may not translate to this proffession and I'll list them below.

Duties Description:12B COMBAT ENGINEER: Plans, directs, and conducts engineer support of combat and peacetime operations; support includes enhancement of friendly mobility, impeding enemy mobility (counter-mobility), providing survivability support, performing sustainment engineering missions (particularly construction), conducting topographic operations, and when necessary, fighting as infantry; combat engineers command combat engineer, construction, and topographic units; direct planning and implementation of engineering and topographic support at all levels of operations.
