In my current role as an Operations Supervisor at Republic Service Polymer Center, my role involves continuous improvement and development of my team, safety, and production. I provide daily oversight for our inbound deliveries, Stadler and Kronos plastic processing systems, inventory accuracy of finished goods, outbound shipments, and safety.
