Damian Faraklas

I have worked many construction trades thoughout my life including framing, plumbing, hvac and air filtration. My current role is in Building Engineering where I run 8 properties with over 400,000sqft of commercial space. I oversee all preventative maintenance with hvac, plumning, roofs, american disbilities acts, electrical and elevator inspections. I have experience with fire alarms and suppression systems and would like to fine tune a trade, rather than be a jack of all trades, but master on none.
