    Duties Description:

    Lead Operator

      Supervised the safe operation of nuclear reactors on CVN-68 USS NIMITZ ensuring compliance with all operational protocols and safety standards. Conducted system checks, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to maintain reactor efficiency and safety.

    Maintenance Technician

      Performed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on nuclear power plant systems, including 

    4 main engines, 4 ships turbine generators, 4 distilling units and auxiliary systems to include high pressure air compressor, reboilers, and ships service air compressor. Identified and resolved system malfunctions, ensuring continuous operation and reducing downtime.

    Training & Development

      Trained and mentored junior personnel in reactor operations, safety procedures, and maintenance tasks. Developed and implemented training programs that improved team competency and operational readiness.

    Safety & Compliance
