Duties Description:-Quality Assurance Representative: Improve the quality, uniformity, and reliability of aircraft and equipment. Improve the quality of maintenance materials, technical data, and processes. Improve the skills and consistency in the performance of maintenance personnel. Eliminate unnecessary man-hours and material expenditures. Inspection and monitoring to verify standards of quality are being met in aircraft, engines, components, and equipment. Ensure AV-8B Oil System Monitoring (OSM) accuracy.
-Quality Assurance Safety Observer: Monitor and enforce safe handling, inspections, and storage of explosives while adhering to procedures during all ordnance evolutions.
-Engine Full Power, Low Power, and Auxiliary Power Unit Turn-Up Instructor: Instruct and mentor Marines in the abilities, knowledge, and performance necessary to earn their Turn-Up qualifications.
