Joshua Rich

I served in the army for 6 years as active duty. My first year i spent as a UH-60 Blackhawk maintainer wwhere i took part in over 10 Phase Inspections on the MH-60 Special operations Black Hawk helicopter. The following year and a half i as selected over 32 peers to be a Aviation Life Saving Equipment inspector. I properly maintained, and repaired all flight equipment used by the 160th SOAR Flight crews. I was then promoted to senior ALSE Technical inspector. I looked over all maintainence done by my crew of technicians. I made sure all repairs and writeups were done properly. My last 3 years in i was Promoted to Sergeant and took over as the ALSE shop Floor Supervisor. I was responsible for the training and progression of 20 Soldiers. I was also responsible for making sure they had all tools and equipment necessary to complete all tasks. As the floor supervisor, I also was in charge of quality control of all equipment being signed back out to flyers is in Perfectly sevicable condition. 

I recently attended lineman school at NALTC in McEwen TN, where i learned all the basics of being a lineman. Ive recently been seperated form the army with a Honorable discharge after completion of service. My goal is to gwt with a lineman crew in the state of KY starting fromj entry level and learn all tasks proficiently to work my way to becoming a Journeyman Lineman. I would like to make this a successful career.
