My name is Xavier Romero, I served in the United States Navy as an Aviation Rescue Swimmer. I now serve my community and the youth as a Student Ministry Director at Christ Church Ohio. I don't have much experience in the trades, but I am willing to put in the hard work and learn. My greatest strengths are being able to adapt and overcome challenges that come my way. In the years of serving my country, to now serving the Lord and my community, I have always been inspired to help others through my vocation. I want to be on a team that is ready to improve people’s lives, and I am eager and excited to consistently show up and learn. I appreciate the value of family and creating high quality work through attention to every detail in the craft. My objective is to hone in on and master the craft of carpentry and create something bigger than myself through those skills, for my family and for the people around me.

    Duties Description:
    Members of multi-mission helicopter integrated tactical crews; perform Search And Rescue (SAR) operations, Airborne Mine Countermeasure (AMCM) operations utilizing sonar, magnetic, mechanical, and acoustic mine sweeping systems and logistics support. Assists in the maintenance of aircraft, associated aeronautical equipment, and aircraft support equipment; services, cleans, and handles aircraft; performs other apprentice-level duties involved in the operation of a naval aircraft afloat and ashore. Perform aircrew operations administration, flight and ground training, internal and external cargo movement, Medical Evacuations (MEDEVAC), passenger transport, aerial gunnery, small arms handling. Performs appropriate computer functions; demonstrates decision making abilities; employs various interpersonal communication skills; develops, implements, and reviews plans.
