  Role Description:

  As a QA Lab Technician at Danone’s Jacksonville facility, I was responsible for performing a wide range of analytical, microbiological, chemical, and allergen testing to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.   Role Description:

  As a Research Associate in the Millar Wilson Lab for Environmental Chemistry, I contributed to a multi-disciplinary project assessing mercury contamination in aquatic ecosystems. My primary responsibilities included the collection and dissection of fish specimens from the St. Johns River, followed by laboratory analysis to determine mercury concentrations using advanced instrumentation.

  In addition to hands-on lab work, I developed and applied foundational Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), authored Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensured proper operation and maintenance of analytical equipment. I collaborated closely with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and used tools such as Minitab, Microsoft Excel, and ArcGIS to conduct statistical data analysis and create spatial maps for research presentations. This role strengthened my background in environmental toxicology, field sampling, and laboratory quality standards
